My Name: Abdulkarim Hemood, I used to use the name “KARIM ALBASRI” in my country of origin as the artist name.
I graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts / Cinema Branch in Baghdad/Iraq in 1975 very good grades, which is equivalent to the associated certificate.
I was prevented from completing my high study for political reasons
I'm married, and I have a boy and girl go to College now.
Besides my studies of cinema and theater, I love painting. Also, I have a talent for making grilled food "Iraqi Kabub."
